We were very impressed with how extremely clean and modern the room was which is very important to us! I appreciated how accommodating the owner was and the fact that everything was in walking distance was a bonus too! I would highly recommend these accommodations! 🙂
I loved that there was full kitchen accommodations and the cleanliness was amazing including the clean crisp sheets and very comfortable pillows! The owner made us dinner reservations which was extremely kind and helpful!

La struttura si trova nel pieno centro di Roccaraso. Abbiamo parcheggiato l'auto e ce ne siamo preoccupati solo il giorno dopo.
La stanza è al piano terra in un complesso silenzioso (non scontato visto che si è sulla strada!). Tutto pulito e pratico. Il titolare è senza dubbio l'arma vincente della struttura: persona di rara cortesia, mai invadente e pronto a soddisfare le richieste (gli abbiamo chiesto la gentilezza di anticipare di mezz'ora il check-in ed è stato disponibile!).
Se si vuole vivere a pieno la cittĂ , non credo esista posto migliore.
La struttura non presenta alcuna criticitĂ , tuttavia per correttezza e onestĂ intellettuale sarebbe opportuno specificare anche in fase di presentazione sul sito che si tratta di un affittacamere e non di un b&b

Mi è piaciuta la camera che era spaziosa, aveva una cucina piccola ma funzionale ed il bagno con finestra molto pulito.
L'ospitalità dell'affittacamere che ci ha dato come colazione (che abbiamo pagato come inclusa) delle merendine, non ci ha fornito l'olio per la cucina (che abbiamo richiesto e ci è stato negato, lo abbiamo dovuto comprare a nostre spese), e la poca elasticità sull'orario di check out, abbiamo chiesto di poter rimanere mezz'ora in più e ci è stato detto di no.
