Nice and clean with great staff.
Breakfast never changed in four days. Change the meat or add something different hot.

Cleanliness. Bed was comfortable and loved the pillows. Breakfast was ok.
The only thing that i was not happy about was how i was greeted by the lady at the front desk. She acted like she did not want to be there. No smile and I could hardly understand what she was saying. I was asking where I should park and she just said in the parking lot. Of course I knew that. I was wondering if there was a specific park9ng or just park anywhere. Then my daughter and I was looking for the elevators and was walking the wrong way. Then turned around and walked the other way and found the elevator. She did not help us at all. It would have been nice if she would have directed us in the right direction. Not a very good welcome. No thank you or have a good evening, etc..

I didn't care for the fact that I was not made aware of the $100.00 deposit until AFTER I had checked in the day of my arrival. I think that was a way to trap me into having to give a deposit on the room. I was traveling on a budget and I had to completely change my plans around bc of the last minute "deposit" that they took. It would not have been a big deal if I was told the same time I had paid for my room, which was a couple weeks that I booked and paid for.
