Very easy. Viktoria was very helpful. Only 3 minute walk to Opera metro and St Peters Basilica. Lots of convenient stores in easy reach and lots of things to do in beautiful Budapest.
Perhaps some more electrical sockets? Also I could not get English-speaking TV progs on TV but I had my laptop with me so that didn't really matter.

Great location, very clean once inside.
Great apartment. Bed was very comfortable.
Victoria was very informative and helpful 😃
Entrance into the building was very grotty.
Didn't like only having one key card for a couple.
We got locked out late at night, and we requested two cards at the office.
They only give one card per couple.
Bathroom towels need updating.
No tea towels or dish clothes were provided only a well-used scouring pad. The shower flooded, and my husband had to lift up the drain and clean out hair from the filters.

Excellent location, close to the castle district, clean room and modern furnitures. There is a separate kitchen offering free tea and coffee. The staff was very polite, friendly and helpful, I can recommend this accomodation anybody travelling without car. Public parking available on the street which is free during the weekend, however on weekdays it could be expensive. There are more options for parking though, none of them are cheap.

First of all, the hostess and staff is very kindly, making our conversations clear and easy. She explained even with a short video how to get in (because I was getting there later than office hours). The apartment is really close to a lot of restaurants and caffes, and the public transportation is easy access and really easy to get around. The apartment: big, modern, confortable. A huge kitchen with stove and fridge, spacious with table and chairs for meals if you want. The bathroom is spacious, with such a nice shower that we could have relaxing showers after a long day of city walking. The bedroom has a really comfortable bed, a small sofa and wardrobes. It is of grate value considering how good location it is (walking distance of the parliament) and how big and comfortable it is. Loveable place and I recommend it for sure.
The wifi need some improvement. Even though for me it is not an issue since I was using mobile network, for those who rely on wifi, it needs some better signal, at least in apartment 25
