Very modern and nice, location is amazing

Spacious rooms and bathroom, calm design, well equipped , great location, next to mini supermarket.
Parking space a bit messy because of the construction going on at the back of the building.
Coffee machine is leaking water - please update it.
One leg og the sofa bed is broken - it goes a bit downwards if using for sleeping

This is a nice place to stay, and we would most likely to come back. The mattress was excellent and extremely comfortable, allowing us to get a great nights sleep and relax. The apartment was spacious, well thought out, and in a good location, within walking distance of supermarkets, the aqua park, restaurants and cafés.
We also very appreciated the attention to detail. For example, there was even a small step stool for children, making it easier for them to brush their teeth and wash their hands. Little touches like this showed that the hosts had put real thought into making the apartment comfortable for families and clients.
Finding the parking area was unnecessarily difficult. There were no clear instructions about where to park or how to reach it. The only way to access the parking area was by driving behind the building through a “No Vehicles” restriction sign, along a poorly lit road with no light with potholes and abandoned buildings and homeless people. It was especially confusing when arriving at night.
The biggest issue was the blocked shower drain. Judging by the water damaged furniture near the floor in the bathroom, this doesnt appear to be a new problem. It’s surprising that such an obvious issue hasnt been fixed, especially considering how thoughtfully everything else in the apartment has been designed.
Because the drain was clogged, it was only possible to shower for up to 3-4 minutes before the water started to back up within next 5-6 minutes for the water to drain away or rush through our shower and even skip washing our hairs during all our stay. This significantly affected our comfort during the stay. It is could be good also to have dishwasher machine and microwave, but its not really big problem as blocked shower drain.
