Some little things like beach towels for the health club, tissues in the room’s, comfortable couches, a coffee machine with pods, a welcoming Atmosphere.

Although I specifically emailed, on one of the Agent's multiple forms to be sent ,that I will advise not to charge my credit card and wait till I get there. my request. although offered by the agent itself. was ignored, I brought hard cash to pay ,the attendant took the cash but was told that IT WAS BOOKING.COM WHO HAS COLLECTED THE MONEY '' and that she could not refund my credit card account if I pay CASH thereby I ended up paying $ 50 booking fee plus interest on my credit card account. I understood that my credit card details were held as bond against default or damage. Never that agent again.
