Amazing stay..comfortable place

The studio was super clean..everything was available except for the washing machine soap..the bed was comfortable but it was a bit smaller in size for us. The location is perfect..close to all amneties..the owner was always around for any help needed.

The thing that annoyed us was the dog barking almost all night through.

It’s very comfortable with all things included and bright with open view

It takes 2km to old town, on the other hand, shopping mall with supermarket and cinema are just 4 minutes walk

A 2 night stay which was very comfortable and relaxing, easy access to old city and Varosha by car

The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped, plenty of private car parking. in a good position in the city. Would definitively stay again.

Comfortable stay in Famagusta

The professional and courteous dealing by the host was really appreciated. Everything listed was easily available. All floors accessible by lift. Wifi router in every room. Very comfortable stay and located very near to the main mosque on Salamis road.

Could add some English satellite channel. All were in Turkish except the news channel.

They upgraded our apartment to a bigger, nicer one so that was great!

The apartment complex has MANY african foreigners who are clearly not used to living with european people. They listened to the same song for 3 days straight (multiple hours a day), screamed, partied, littered on the streets. This is not the fault of the owner, all Famagusta seems like this.

WATCH FOR THE SCAM. Booking says the price is 25 euro per night but the cost doubles as they add cleaning service. Also the host is more keen on money than on helping you: we tried to call him asking about the check in but he refused to give us any instruction on the phone, only on whatsapp or booking.com, as phone calls are too expensive for him. When we replyed that we didnt have any internet connection he hanged on us, leaving us in the middle of the street.

Hotel owner Yuri is a gentleman and giving superb service. Location is excellent. I strongly recommend everyone to book Studio Park.

The shower cabin could have been cleaner.

I guess it was ok for one night

Was an ok place for one night. Comfortable beds.

An electricity shortage happened on our arrival day, exactly when we just arrived and were in desperate need of showers. No elevator for our luggage, no hot or cold water , no light on the stairs for a few hours. The host could have informed us that this might happen in that area, even if he wasn’t certain that area was affected. We could have fixed our plans and had showers elsewhere. Too many messages repeating the same information from the host. This created a sense of unnecessary stress. We already understood that we had to pick up the keys and leave the money on the table. There was no need to have that retreated so many times. No balconies, even if the description said balconies.
