As above it was spotless, comfortable and generous sized room.
There was also a shared kettle with tea, coffee and croissants supplied.
The balcony wasn't really a balcony but a tiny terrace that felt unsafe to stand on, which was disappointing as i specifically wanted an outdoor area as advertised.

Apenas uma vez nosso quanto não foi arrumado, mas falei com a funcionária e ela se praticou arrumar. Argumentou que tinha que deixar os quartos para os que iam chegar organizados
Mas no no dia seguinte tudo okay
O cafezinho maravilhoso oferecido pelo hotel acabou e não voltou mais. É uma cortesia, sabemos, mas fez imensa falta! Adorei esse apoio que eles têm em cada andar.

This is a pretty hotel right on the Camino de Santiago. My room looked over a park & the river. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. and there's rain-shiwerhead in the shower.
The entrance to the hotel is just about impossible to find. There's no sign and the door is locked. I finally went to the restaurant with the same name& they got the hotel mamager for me.

The location is amazing, especially for Camino pilgrims. It was spotless and the room was great.
When we arrived there was no one there and no number to call. Luckily someone working at the restaurant let us in. At 3 am we were woken by loud music. In the morning making coffee in the hall is not ideal and also loud for other guests. Only breakfast was a packaged muffin. Worst part is that we never saw any staff and we got locked into our room (101) and no one could help. Finally after 30 min the door unlocked but a very frustrating experience.
