I was worried about staying here because of the mixed reviews, but it turned out to be an excellent place to stay. There are not many options near the airport, but this hotel was close, clean and comfortable. It was very convenient for us as we had a very early flight.

The hotel is right next to a banquet facility, so it was a bit noisy, as there was an event going on. All the reviews posted of this unbelievable host, who helped people get to and from the airport. This host was not there when we stayed. The only employee was a woman who didn't speak a word of English. We had a car, so it was not an issue.

Location close to airport which is what we required. Restaurant onsite is good. Good sound-proofing in room.

Smoking smell through the hotel.

The hotel is very close to Tbilissi Airport and therefore well suited for a short stay after early arrival or before early departure. The hotel has all the comfort you need for that. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a bit difficult to find the hotel when arriving from outside of Tbilissi, it should be easier the other way around.

We took a hotel to sleep in 4 hours before our flight. The location is 6 mins from the airport by car. We came there by car we rented and have arranged to drop off at the airport. So for us, it was important to find a clean and quiet place with free parking close to the airport. Ragnar is all that we needed that night. Great value for money.

They let me borrow utensils so that I can eat a meal that I bought near the hotel. I also loved that there are bakeries and convenience stores nearby. This is a great place to stay while waiting for your flight. A little advice though, this is far from the city center. I only suggest this if you need to get to the airport quickly. Bolt drivers are also able to fetch you quickly since most of them waits on the parking lot of the airport.

The only aspect I didn't like is that the generator of the store nearby can be heard inside the room. You can close the windows but it only muffles the noise.

Nice place to stay for night not far away from Tbilisi airport. Perfect Georgian restaurant on the territory of the complex. Food was delivered to the room.

The hotel exceeded my expectations, great value for money. Very clean, rooms are big and modern. Bed was very comfortable, linen is good quality and very clean. Even sleepers and toiletries were provided. The reception lady was very kind and attentive. She also organised a taxi to the airport for us for a very early hour. Great place to stay if your flight is early in the morning. We also tried the restaurant, the food was very good and the service was great. Definitely would stay again. Thank you!

Stayed here for proximity to airport for early morning flight next day. Arrived 10pm, staff excellent. No restaurant at that time but drinks and snacks purchased from petrol station opposite. Comfortable clean room at a good price. Ideal for our overnight stay. 15 mins to airport.

No tea/coffee available late at night, go to the petrol station across the way if needed.

We stayed before our flight next morning. The rooms are motel-style with a covered parking spot just in front of the door. Room was spacious and very clean, bathroom too, good towels etc. Back from the street, so quiet. Contrary to some reviews, the location of the hotel is (now) correctly indicated on google maps. We did not try the restaurant. Location excellent in the sense of proximity to the airport.

Breakfast only from 9:00. As someone already mentioned, a kettle in the room would have been useful.

Hotel Ragnar is a clean, basic hotel close to the airport. We couldn’t find anything better near the airport and this was perfectly fine. The recently renovated no frills room - just beds, desk and overhead lights - worked well for one night. The room does have air conditioning and a TV. Despite the confusing descriptions on Booking.com the room did have a small but functional private bathroom. The on-site restaurant is also good and clearly set up to serve much larger groups that stay at the hotel. They have an extensive menu of mostly Georgian specialties. Service was friendly and efficient and the food inexpensive and tasty. The Wi-Fi bogged down in the evening but was generally OK.

A hot water boiler and coffee would be wonderful for those early morning departures to the airport.

The people there are so friendly the Ragner restaurant offer me to join them in their gathering it was phenomenal day

They were super accommodating. I arrived at 5 am just to sleep a few hours, but they let me stay a little longer, which was great for me.

Room was clean, perfect to stay the night after arrival to the airport (7 min drive). We had no problem with late arrival. The room is according to the price. Clean, relatively quiet (depends on the neighbors). Positive - parking place just in front of every room. There is also a restaurant in the nearby to have a breakfast, simple, but nice.

In the night it was not easy to find the hotel, it's hidden a bit behind the gas station. Also google has a wrong coordinate. It's just in front of the "Gulf" gas station.
