Excellent stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Location is great, next by main shopping streets !!!! Hotel is clean.
There is a window but feels like a NO WINDOW (wall outside). Note that this is very common in guangzhou. The hotel has no entrance at ground floor so need to wait for a small elevator...

Superb location
Washrooms are just ok. They are not comfortable . The sink is in the room and not in the washroom . Also rooms were very small.

Location was good
our stay was quite disappointing. When we checked in, the staff told us that our room had a smell. However, we were told that if we wanted to change rooms, we would have to pay extra. I found this unreasonable, as the issue was caused by the hotel’s renovation. I have stayed in many hotels and this is the first time I have experienced something like this.
I also asked if I could borrow an iron, but instead of having one brought to our room, I was told to get it myself from another floor. When I went there, there was no iron available.
The customer service was not helpful, and there was very little effort to resolve either issue. Overall, the experience was disappointing and certainly not what I would expect from a hotel.
