We had a wonderful stay at Villa Thierra in Nerja. The house is very comfortable, beautifully located, and offers stunning views. It is very well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay (comfortable beds, nice swimming pool with amazing views). We spent a fantastic time there with our friends and truly enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and the comfort of the villa. We would be very happy to recommend Villa Thierra to our friends and would gladly return ourselves. The host was very helpful and responding immediately to all our requests. We highly recommend Villa Thierra!
(Practical tip to future guests: Uber to/from Nerja is 2-3 times more expensive than taxi!)
Our only small concern was the difficulty with waste separation. There were no suitable recycling bins inside the house, and the nearest place to dispose of the rubbish was quite far away, so it was not possible to do this conveniently near the villa.

The villa was outstanding.
The views were incredible.
There was lots of space for large family of 8.
Every room had air conditioning and was very spacious.
Lots of different areas to dine in.
The villa was spotless and lots of attention to detail in the decor.
The pool and games room were rooms we used every day.
I could live in this villa for ever.
Not a single thing.

Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend die Lage ist gut und der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend. Die beste ausgestattete Küche bei einem Ferienhaus die ich je hatte.
1-2 Nachbarn in der nähe, welche nicht stören aber weniger privat als gedacht.

The property is modern with exceptional views.
Federico failed to advise us that the outdoor pool was not heated and there was also no heating system installed in the living area, meaning we had to use electric heaters borrowed from him. Given the price and the fact we rented in winter time, these were big issues and Federico refused to give any kind of refund. We could not use the outdoor pool at all as the water was freezing. I would advise anyone looking to book to check this - it might be fine in the summer months but the whole pool area was not worth having in winter given they have not invested in heating.
