Overall we are satisfied with our stay here.

Staff attentiveness is superb. In particular waitress Ms Hongyan Wen, she was very helpful in sharing of the tourist attractions during our breakfast.

Room has no aircon, only cold air…

Thank you to make my trip home so comfortable!

I had an amazing stay at Skytel Hotel in Chengdu. The service was outstanding, and they offered a diverse breakfast menu, both western style and Chengdu style. The room was comfortable, with smart light controls and a convenient mini bar. The bathroom had a nice, open design. Highly recommended for a great experience! The hotel's service is on par with luxury hotels, offering an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the level of attention and care provided by the staff. Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate my needs truly stood out. It's evident that the hotel takes pride in delivering top-notch service that can easily compete with luxury establishments. Will def come back!

The best hotel for travelling in Chengdu

Excellent location. Connection with Subway Line 1, many Bus Lines and next to Chengdu South Station. Very good attention from all the receptionists. I would like to highlight the Breakfast Service from this hotel. Thanks to the Restaurant Supervisor Zhiqiong Zhang (张志琼）and the Restaurant Waitress Hongyan Wen (温红燕）for being so professional and kind to all the customers.

A good deal for your stay in Chengdu.

The staff is super friendly, thank you for the service of miss Zhang and miss Wen. The room itself was cosy and clean. We were with a baby and it was nice being in a room with a little tent and a few toys for our baby. We stayed for 4 nights and there was a rotation in the options for the breakfast, the variety was nice. The hotel is located around 10 to 15 min from the city center, many cabs pass in front of the hotel so it's easy getting around. I feel very positive about the bang for my buck.

The lighting in the room isn't bright, and the light switches are a bit confusing.

i like that it was modern and clean. the location is far away from attractions but easy to get a car

Clean business hotel in the central district

Clean business style hotel in the very convenient central location, close to the South Railway station. Hotel staff is professional, very fast check in and check out. Good stay if you are on a short business trip in the city, but for holidays I myself would look for some place that is more cozy.

First room clearly not a doubleroom, need to bargain hard to get a proper room. Spare room very good, but A/C not working for 2 days, bad excuses.

Excellent cleanliness and daily housekeeping Very quiet room (I was at floor 15) Good value for money Close to the airport (15 min by taxi)

I wish staff at front desk could speak better English Pretty far from nearest subway station (about 15 min walk) - taking Didi or taxi is recommended

Hotel front desk very helpful, especially a smart male front desk on morning duty person help us to get a grab car. Bed is abit soft for us. Location nearby train /subway ~15mins walking distance.
