The overall hotel experience was good, the staff was helpful, and location was very close to the center

The mattress provided, it was very stiff and hard causing discomfort in the back while sleeping

the room was spacious and the stuff were friendly and they got us water bottles every time u ask for free

the taxis out side the hotels were little too pricey and annoying sometimes

overall it’s was all good for me and was very helpful since the property is only in 10 to 15 walking distance to prophet

staff was friendly and if you have any issues they would help and do their best to accommodate your request

Breakfast: recommendation add some extra bread butter Jam etc ( won’t take much effort but I think facility can do this.

so far from Haram

property is awful. disgusting front desk

hotel don’t clean the bed sheets after previous tenant. I saw multiple hairs and yellow spots on the sheets someone was sleeping in those sheets for few days and those sheets were not changed after them. we called to front desk to change the room. room was not changed only sheets were changed after 2 hours. also coffee cups left dirty after previous tenant. bathroom is very bad has problems with design very small you can’t even extend your shoulder you have to keep yourself to one side. very bad staffing NEVER NEVER WASTE YOUR MONEY AND WHAT YIU DESERVE IN THIS GARBAGE PLACE

Yes breakfast was good but it was mainly Arabic course

The Manager didn't make eye contact when we approached the counter. Management hardly speaks English. It's so hard to communicate. Helpers or cleaning staff is really good especially Shaheen.
