Excellent apartment and location with great owners.

Excellent apartment, great location and No.13 has a fantastic sea view. Owners gave us great information about where to shop locally and nearby restaurants.

Modern room, spatious, great view, clean; kind hosts; the garden looks actually better than in the pictures.

Not a problem for us, but for anyone who has mobility issues: if you have a room on the 3rd floor, note that there is no elevator.

The hosts are very friendly and have good sense of humor. I didn't expect to get a history lesson about the area from them and I was delighted to learn about it, next time I will make time for more discussions regarding the history of the area. The WiFi/internet connection is very good making this place an ideal spot to work from.

We stayed in a last floor 2 bedroom apartment which was comfy, with a spectacular view to the sea which we enjoyed every day, clean and very well equipped. Best location for us as a 4 member family in Bulgaria so far.

Exceptional

We had a great time staying there. Everything was very clean. The staff was cleaning the rooms regularly and the towels were changed every day. The rooms are very big. The swimming pool is great. The kids loved it and we also used it every day. The host was extremely helpful and friendly with very good English. The location is quite good. There are a few restaurants within walking distance with two of them especially having very good and tasty food at decent prices (one has great fish dishes and the other is a bit more continental): Райски залив - Морска кръчма is one of them (they barely speak any English but, with help from Google translate we managed to understand each other), the other one I think it’s called Flamingo restaurant. There is a small cosy local beach nearby on the way to Bamboo Beach. We went there every day with the kids and they loved it especially doing snorkelling around the rocks. The old old town is not very far (25 minutes walk) but you’re better off driving and parking there if you’re travelling with kids. The walking route goes through a fair like part of the town with all sorts of unhealthy distractions for the kids. There are also some restaurants along that pedestrian road which we have been advised not to try if want to avoid food poisoning. Many thanks to our host. Hope to see you again soon. Adrian

The property is beautifully located. The owners and staff are amazing - nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are clean and generously sized. Great swimming pools for children and adults. My family and I had a very nice holidays. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

The apartment was clean, the kitchen was well equipped. The swimming pools were excellent, there were always sun beds and parasols available. The garden was very well maintained. The place is 5 min walk from the beach and is in a quieter location of Sozopol. The view from the penthouse apartment is amazing! I would definitely recommend this place!

The kitchen knives needs sharpening please.

One of the best places we've stayed, we really enjoyed our holiday here.

The apartment exceeded our expectations, it was fantastic, very well designed and thought out. Location is good too, walking distance to several beaches. Really liked the pool too.

We liked everything. First of all, I must emphasize the fact that the apartment was cleaned every day like in hotels. It has fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, excellent internet. There is a lovely garden as well. View from the penthouse is amazing.

Sofa bed could be more comfortable.

The perfect location for relaxation

Firs of all the owners are great and provided us everything we needed, tips of where to go and what to see and quality company. The apartment was very big, clean, well maintained with an lot of amenities. The view from the terrace was very nice. The place had its own swimming pools (one for swimming and the other one for children) with comfy sunbeds and umbrellas. It has its own parking space inside where we could leave our car. The location is very quiet (we loved and enjoyed that), no clubs and and partying around. You can hear only the wind and the sea. There is a beach close by, Bamboo Beach, which has its own bar with sunbeds and umbrella to rent (12leva/day) and where you can have some lunch and drinks and the place has some nice music. The old Town is not far away (20min of walking) and it's a nice place to visit.
