Épülő, modern külvárosias környezet. Rendkívül tiszta, rendezett. Néha lehetett hallani az építkezések zaját, de nem volt nagyon zavaró. A hölgy -akivel találkoztunk- kedves, aranyos, segítőkész volt!

Appartment:
Very comfortable appartment on ground floor with 2 seperate badrooms and living room with a kitchen.
Air conditioning in the hall next to the badrooms and second in the linivng room is very effective to cool the appartment. Fully equipped kitchen with a big table. Spacious bathroon with washing machine. Tarrace / big balcony with a large garden table and chairs perfect for breakfest or late night dinner. It also has a space for the drying rack to dry beach towells.
Parking: underground parking is perfect to keep the car cool. Entrance to the parking maybe a bit tricky for unexperienced drivers or large / long cars but managable.
Location: super location, just few minutes by walk away from the Znjan bech in split, Nearby there are also bus stops which we used to take a ride to the Split Old town (#15 from the beach or #8 next to Tommy grocery market)
Host: friendly, comunicative and helping if need.
I recommend this place, spacious appartment, near by the beach in Split city.
No sea view. If noisy neighbours happanes upstairs, they may by disturbing.

Top Lage, wenige Schritte zum Strand Znjan. Apartment sehr sauber, alles vorhanden (Fön, Waschmaschine, Staubsauger, Klima). Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Großer Balkon vorhanden. Supermarkt nur 5 min zu Fuß.
