Simply put PARADISE! Swaying Palms is a set of (12) luxurious romantic single bedroom Beachfront Bungalows located on beautiful Long Bay Beach. When you step off your back patio your toes are in the sand! You will not find a vacation spot closer to the beautiful turquoise waters on the entire island! The nine Beachfront Bungalows share a very generous 554 linear feet of beachfront making it the lowest density resort on the island. Each Bungalow is separated by at least 46'. Each of the nine has a single bedroom with King Size bed, kitchen, living room, outdoor patio, large thatch palapa with day bed, plunge pool, outdoor shower, BBQ Grill, beach umbrella and chaise loungers. There is an A/C unit in the bedroom. The living room/kitchen has ceiling fans and an open layout with sliding glass doors and jalousies to enjoy the breeze. Also available to our guests is a fully outfitted gym with amazing views of the ocean.
Swaying Palms is located in the PERFECT location. With soft powder white sand and crystal clear turquoise as far as you can see you will never want to leave. Located on the Caicos Bank, there are no waves and you can walk out, kayak or paddle board several hundred yards and the water will still only be up to your chest. Adding to the perfect location, while still being in a very quiet and romantic spot you are only a 2-3 minute drive to Grace Bay and all the restaurants, grocery stores, gift shops, golf course, Casino and other activities. If you prefer not to drive a 2 minute walk on the beach (or road) will bring you to the nearby Shore Club with its restaurants and spa. On the other side of the property is Beach Enclave that has a wonderful restaurant/bar called Ambra.
Concierge service is available to our guests. We can recommend dining, watersports (fishing, scuba diving, jet ski, snorkel, boat cruises, etc), massage, chefs and other activities. Pre-stocking of groceries is also available.

We had such a great stay here. The whole booking process was super seamless and everything just felt easy from the start. Jen was awesome helping us check in. She made everything really smooth and welcoming right away.The bungalows are very private which we loved. It felt like our own little space the whole time. The outdoor shower was also a highlight, just really cool and added to the whole relaxed beach vibe.The gym was honestly amazing, way better than expected, and the staff across the property were all excellent. Everyone was super attentive without being too much, which made a big difference.We also liked that security walks the beach at night. It made us feel really comfortable. And being close to The Shore Club restaurant down the beach was a big plus too. We ended up going there and loved it.Pictures do not do this place justice at all.Overall just a really easy relaxing stay. Would definitely come back.

The location and bungalow are exactly as described and in photos. It's amazing. Even the gym facility is fabulous. I cannot rave enough about this!

The setting was impressive. However, the communication with the so-called concierge was poor. never did get a reply about the pool! The pool was filthy. Asked to have it cleaned 3 times, and finally someone came to tell us the pump didn't work, after messing about for a half hour or so. Filled it up, but still didn't clean it - it was skimmed for bugs but a nasty ring was left around the top which was there upon arrival. This was done the late afternoon before we were leaving! Website said it was an infinity pool, but the water kept draining out - about a foot down from the top at the best of times. Disappointing. There was a negative about the fire feature, Property Manager/Concierge gave a very negative design flaw speech about the fact it shouldn't have been installed where it was due to the infinity pool.
Dishes were mostly cracked/chipped, pots/pans in sad shape - expected more for the price that paid. Will p
