It was a lovely hotel very stylish and great atmosphere. Everyone was very helpful and the food was exceptional. The bath house was relaxing and I liked that there was a laundry room. The location was close to a train so that helped with my sight seeing.
The hotel bed was a little harder than I’m used to but it was still an okay sleep. I also had noticed the bath tub wasn’t cleaned properly there was a dirty ring around it when And the room could be dusted a bit better.

The hotel is new, spacious, very clean. The bathhouse was very big. Very quiet around the hotel. 2 minutes walk to Shiomi Station. Breakfast was so much varieties and very delicious. The staff were very helpful and kind.
Even though it’s right next to the train station, it still takes at least 30 minutes to get to other downtown areas. Taking the taxi will be much faster.

The breakfast buffet is good and space is big
The check in staff at the reception are not friendly and the hotel is very far from the centre of tokyo. Not accessible and even by train you have to change many times with the confusing train line. The kids play area is so small that it’a better off without it. There are no toys there and the hotel does not have swimming pool
