Super satisfactory all around. The shared facilities such as the bathrooms and dining/kitchen areas were spacious, clean and well equipped. The actual sleeping capsules are surprisingly large and comfy, as well as super secure (they come with electronic locks). The hostel also provides access to a locker which, if I recall correctly, was free of charge. I had no issue with any kind of noise, though I don't know if that's because the capsules are well-insulated or if everyone who stayed with me was just really silent. The staff is super accomodating (late check-ins are absolutely possible btw) and speaks really good english. Finally, in terms of tourism and comfort of stay, the location is really ideal (as in : meters away from convenience stores, a bus stop, Ita Thao's touristy food street, the pier, and of course the lake itself).
While I obviously do not hold that against it, be aware that this hostel shares a downside with every accomodation in Ita Thao, which is that it's difficult to access at night (aka after 7pm) due to public transportation being very minimal, and taxi services even more sparse. While I mentioned earlier that a late check-in is possible, I do not recommend it if you're not driving to the lake yourself. It's not impossible or anything, but it is inconvenient.

Clean, comfortable place. Helpful staff. Basic useful things provided in the bathroom. Nice, thoughtful design touches here and there. It has plenty of space outside the dorm: lounge area, terrace, kitchen and common area downstairs. Very close to the bus stop, and out of the busy-noisy area.
◇There should be clear rules for not slamming the doors.: some people simply don't care about others.
◇Electricity works only when room card is inserted in the slot, which means no possibility to recharge phone while not in the room, or while sleeping (unless sleeping with lights on, which is uncomfortable).
◇Aircon cannot be adjusted in the room. For that time of the year, it was too cold to have it on all the time.
◇A bit too pricey for a hostel, even if it is a capsule.

Super clean and modern facilities. The staff were really friendly and extremely helpful even gave us tips on how to get there via the local bus service. The rooms were surprisingly spacious given it was a capsule hostel. It is conveniently located with shops and e-bikes around. I would say great value for money and would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Sun-moon Lake
