Location of property was excellent. Apartment was clean and comfortable.Issues with property were acknowledged promptly, but not rectified during our stay.
Disappointed with advertised 2 toilets, only one was usable. Washing machine was unusable.

The location is perfect - very central and well connected to public transport but quiet. The apartment is cozy, spacy and light. We did not cook but noticed that the kitchen was well equipped.
We had only one big towel for a person, no smaller one for face, it was inconvenient. And also, there was not enough toilet paper for 3 people 4 days stay, we had to buy additional on day 3.

Location
Do not stay here. We stayed with an infant and experienced total failure:
Broken Amenities: 1 of 2 toilets was completely out of order with a laminated sign (a permanent issue). The washing machine was broken with a terrible mold smell, forcing us to hand-wash our baby's clothes.
Lack of Essentials: Not enough towels were provided—a repeating complaint from other guests that the host ignores.
Delayed Check-in: Delivered 1 hour late while cleaners were still inside. We were late to family meeting due to that.
Terrible Service: The host refused any responsibility. Booking.com had to step in directly to compensate us for this property's failures.
