Good location (about 800 meter walk to the sea), underground parking space, quite spacious apartment for 2 adults and 2 children, the indoor swimming pool with saunas was amazing (very clean, there was a lifeguard on duty all the time), everything You could need was in the apartment.
The underground parking has a height limit of 2meters, but from my experience it's a bit above this, I guess ~200-210cm.
The check-in procedure was just awful. You do get instructions a day or 2 before arrival for 700 PLN deposit, but You don't get all the required information for the bank transfer for a foreign citizen, so You do have to write e-mails regarding this (which is not the thing You want to do when You are hiking in Leba). You do have to call and give information to hosts contact person regarding the check-in time a day before arrival, but the contact person doesn't speak English, wrote an SMS with check-in time, aaand at the day of the arrival on given time - there is no one at the door, or in the apartment. After few calls, an e-mail and a message through booking got that sorted in about 15minutes I guess, but let's say - I haven't had that bad check-in procedure ever on booking.
The house was clean, but there was quite a lot of broken stuff - one of the balcony doors was leaking water, washing machine had 2 leaks during our stay, the ceiling had leak damage, damage on toilet doors and other stuff, balcony couch and armchairs had parts missing. I do believe that everything will be fixed during non-season and it's the damage that was done by the previous visitors, but none the less - this had large impact on overall experience.
*Don't get me wrong - besides the check-in and a few broken amenities - it's a 10/10 place for sure.
