Affordable room with all the basic needs. Convenient location with self-service laundry downstairs, plus tea and coffee counter provided. Water pressure was very good too. Staff is very hospitable and room was clean.
A few small things can be improved: only one pillow was provided for each bed, the power socket beside the bed was not functioning, and there was no kiblat sign in the room. Not major issues, but these improvements would make the stay even better.

The "hotel" is facing a long stretch of dark road during the night. Not so much of security.
Carpark is just in front of the "hotel" which the proprietor or staff (not in uniform) instructed saying they have CCTVs. No worries. Duhhhh....
There's no breakfast on all days. The purported adjoining shop wasn't even open or has closed down. Photos should be updated on this matter as it's very misleading.
Check-in was inside a laundry which took me sometime to find after reading almost all the signages posted near the staircase.
I don't need daily cleaning but at least throw daily rubbish. It wasn't done and there's baby roaches running around.
It wasn't even 8km from Putrajaya. Instead it is between 13-15km no matter which route I'd taken.
Booking.com should total up the amount to be paid instead of informing & highlighting payment of MYR 357 and when payment done it became MYR400.56. So for this price for a 3nights, it is very expensive.
