Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Das Wasser aus der Leitung war sofort heiß. Ansonsten können wir eigentlich nichts gutes hervorheben.

Das komplette Haus war lediglich oberflächlich gereinigt. In der Küche ist alles speckig. Wenn man barfuß durchs Haus gelaufen ist , waren die Füße (nicht übertrieben!!) schwarz!! Der Staubsauger, den wir dann selbst genutzt haben , weil es schmutzig war , hat derartig gestunken. Für diesen hohen Mietpreis erwarten wir eine andere Ausstattung. In keinem Bad gab es Seife. Nur angefangene Klorollen. Das Wasser in den Duschen lief nicht ab. Klobrille im oberen Bad fällt fast ab. Überall in den Ecken tote Insekten. In der Küche kein Spülmittel. In einem der drei Schlafräume keine bezogene Bettwäsche. Die Sofa Garnitur eine Katastrophe! Total dreckig und durch gesessen !! Nur ein Wäscheständer für zwei Haushälften.Wir haben uns überhaupt nicht wohl gefühlt.Wir haben schon deutlich günstiger , aber besser und vor allem SAUBERER gewohnt.

Sehr schönes Haus mit gut durchdachter Zimmeraufteilung. Bitte in Inneneinrichtung investieren.

Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus mit toller Zimmeraufteilung und großem Garten. Wir haben besonders den Strandkorb und die Gartenmöbel auf der Terrasse, die ruhige Lage sowie die Strandnähe genossen.

Leider können wir für unseren zweiten Aufenthalt nicht die volle Punktzahl geben, weil wir von den Küchenutensilien, die teilweise defekt bzw. unvollständig waren als auch von der Sauberkeit enttäuscht waren. Die gestellten Handtücher waren muffig, sodass wir sie selber nochmal gewaschen haben. Leider gibt es immer noch Schwierigkeiten bezüglich der „Waschzeiten“, weil die Untermieterin diesbezüglich sehr streng ist und wir dadurch unseren Tag nicht frei planen konnten.

Das Haus ist kein Doppelhaus, sondern ein Mehrfamilienhaus mit einer anstrengenden Untermieterin!!!

wir waren zwei Wochen in Ihrer Wohnung und sehr unzufrieden. Gebucht haben wir eine Doppelhaushälfte, aber es ist leider eine Wohnung, weil unter dieser Haushälfte jemand wohnt. Die Mieterin kam direkt am nächsten Morgen, um uns zu bitten, dass wir die Tür nicht knallen sollen, weil es zu laut sei. Mit vier Kindern kann man nicht leise sein und es war nicht schön, die Kinder immer zu ermahnen, nicht zu laut zu sein. Das ist nicht erholsam und bei dem schlechten Wetter während unseres Urlaubs waren wir oft im Haus. Es ist ein Unding, die Tatsache mit der Souterrainwohnung zu verheimlichen. Sehr freundlich ist die Mieterin auch nicht, was laut Aussage der Hausverwaltung Ihnen und der Hausverwaltung bekannt ist. Wer abends länger draußen sitzt, bekommt von der Dame Besuch. Damit die Dame übrigens überhaupt in Ihre Wohnung kommt, muß sie direkt ums Haus laufen. Der Treppenruntergang geht direkt an den Fenstern des Schlafzimmers vorbei… das ist gar nicht schön! Es ist sehr unangenehm, dass man im unteren Schlafzimmer im Bett liegend jedes Geräusch (Klospülung, Duschen, Rasieren, Wasserhahn, …) hört, was in der anderen Haushälfte im Bad gemacht wird. Und das die ganze Nacht! Das nächste Thema ist die Waschmaschine. In der Beschreibung des Hauses steht, dass eine Waschmaschine im Haus steht. Wir waren sehr überrascht, dass man sich die Maschine mit drei Parteien teilen muss. Auch dass man sich an bestimmte Zeiten halten soll, hat mich sehr gestört. Bei sechs Personen fällt viel Wäsche an und es ist unschön, seinen Tag nach Waschzeiten zu richten. Wenn man dann extra um 8 Uhr aufsteht, um zu waschen und dann die Mieterin einem höchst unfreundlich mitteilt, dass sie immer am Freitag ihre Wäsche wasche und jetzt ihre Wollpullis dran seien und ich nachmittags wiederkommen könne, ist das sehr ärgerlich. 200 Euro für die Endreinigung sind happig, vor allem für das Ergebnis. Richtig sauber war das Haus nicht und voller Spinnen und Spinnweben.
