This apartment is in New Gudauri, which has lots of restaurants, bars, shops, and grocery stores within walking distance. It is a short walk from the apartment to the gondola lift. The apartment is bright with lots of sunlight and warm.
We got snowed in and could not leave Guudauri due to road closure, so this was an emergency stay and the best we could find at the last minute. Still, the price is outrageous for what you get. The manager told me he manages over 100 properties in New Gudauri, so the photos in the listing are not necessarily the apartment you get. The listing said there was parking. What that really meant was finding on-street parking, which is nearly impossible to find in New Gudauri. We ended up paying for the garage, which is an additional 50 Gel per day. The wifi router was not plugged in, and there was no obvious cable in the apartment to hook it into the internet, so we had no wifi either. The listing cited three beds. Two of these were couches, one of which was in the master bedroom. I would not count on the kitchenette for much. We were not offered a ski locker, though there was a locker room in the building. The apartment met our needs for a night, but four people in that place for a week would be challenging at best.
