the staff were very accommodating and kind. we checked out early but still had the full day before onwards travel and they let us store the bags and come in and out multiple times throughout the day. they also helped us to print off travel confirmation and visas at a small charge (5 THB per doc).
we were here in low season so didn’t see many other people, which probably worked in our favour as less people were using the facilities keeping them mostly clean
location was pretty central, short walk from bus station
our room did have a few mosquitos in it despite having no window, and we both got some pretty bad bites over the one night we stayed. the bed was also extremely noisy and whenever we moved it would make loud creaks which woke me up.
