Absolutely fabulous stay. The location was brilliant, close to bus routes (free with the Arosa card), the train station and Weisshorn gondola. The apartment itself was brilliantly equipped and a great layout, as a family of 5 having a second bedroom with three single beds was perfect and hard to find. The balcony was a lovely place to enjoy a cup of coffee although the weather wasn't good enough for us to eat out we appreciated the option was there.
It was spotlessly clean too and I used the laundry room during our stay which was useful in the middle of a month long trip.
The only issue was the window coverings. The blinds did a reasonable job but didn't keep the early morning sun out and the curtains were decorative only.

Große Unterkunft, perfekte Lage. Gute Ausstattung und bequeme Betten. Der Garagenplatz war inbegriffen. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt mit tollen Blick auf Berge und Obersee. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung lief ebenfalls unkompliziert.
Der Glastisch im Wohnzimmer war kaputt bei Ankunft. Jedoch war auch hier der Kontakt zur Verwaltung, trotz Feiertag, sehr einfach.

Schöne Einrichtung
Für Kleinkinder die früh ins Bett müssen gab es keine Möglichkeit die Zimmer richtig abzudunkeln.
Es fehlte eindeutig ein Lift für die 3. Etage.
