Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire. Personnel sympa, à l'écoute, et compétent. Petit déjeuner super. On a pas eu le temps de manger au restaurant, et c'était complet. Dommage !

L accueil vraiment chaleureux y compris pour notre chienne! La chambre et la salle de bains spacieuses , une bonne machine à café dans la chambre ,un ventilateur rafraîchissant Et un restaurant de grande qualité

The breakfast choice was excellent - lovely croissants and several choices of bread and cereals with dried and fresh fruit and a choice of yogurts. The restaurant was super - an excellent menu and we really enjoyed eating dinner in the lovely garden. We ate at the restaurant twice, once with our son and his family which everyone enjoyed. The restaurant was always full - it has an excellent reputation which is well deserved. The owner and other staff were really friendly and welcoming. They managed to accommodate us for an additional night. The hotel is not in PortBail itself but is close by and is a charming town with some good retaurants and interesting beaches. We visited other beaches at Carteret and Denville Plage.

A few more toiletries would have been nice - minimum shampoo provided and no conditioner. A fridge was provided but initial two bottles of water not replaced. We were surprised that our room wasn't cleaned during our stay but maybe that's normal.
