Indulge in this luxurious 5 Bed 4 Bath Luxury Villa located near Zion National Park and St. George, Utah. Enjoy the private hot tub and fire pit in the back yard with friends and family. With the open floor plan throughout, Trailhead features two spacious living rooms, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the large dining table with extra dining on the back patio. Gather friends and family around in the main level living area where you can enjoy the 65-inch SMART TV. You will also enjoy on the main level the King Master Suite as will as an addition queen en-suite. The back patio features a dining table, BBQ, fire pit and private hot tub. The back yard is fenced in with grass area to enjoy. The second floor features the second living room with comfy couches, game table, games and 65-inch SMART TV. There are 3 additional bedrooms two which are master suites. Bedroom 3 features a king and flat screen tv. Bedroom 4 is a king en-suite and bedroom 5 features two twin over queen bunks that were especially built for comfort. Each bedroom has a flat screen SMART TV. This home is the perfect spot for mountain bikers and outdoor lovers of Southern Utah. This beautiful Southern Utah Vacation Home is located near all the Southern Utah attractions. Zion National Park is only 32 miles, Sand Hollow and Quail Lake State park is only 5 minutes, downtown St. George only 10 minutes away. You can even pedal right from your garage to endless mountain biking trails such as Prospector Church Rocks Loop. The J.E.M, Gooseberry Mesa, More Cowbell, and Little Creek Mountain are also nearby. You will have easy access to bike and hiking trails, shopping, dining and an abundance of other activities to make it the best vacation experience. Looking for Adventure? There are endless trails to discover. This is the perfect place that offers so many varieties of activities and adventures in the St. George, Utah and Zion National Park area. Perfect conditions for rock climbing, mountain biking and exploring all the canyons! You can also experience hiking and biking on unique trails. Come experience sunny St. George, Utah where your vacation is packed with adventure! Please note that a hot tub waiver will need to be signed prior to checking in. Pet Rules: 1. Guest to pay an additional pet fee in the amount of $125 for the stay. This fee is per pet with a two-dog max. 2. All pets must be leashed at all times. 4. Guest is responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees and a $500 fine. {reservations.first_name} 5. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees. 6. Pet must not cause damage to premises or furnishings. If damages are caused, the cost of the damage may be deducted from your credit card in addition to a $500 fine. {reservations.first_name} 8. Guests should prevent pets from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. 9. Pet will not be left unattended for an undue length of time, either indoors or out. Pet will not be left unattended on the balcony, patio, or porch. 10. Homeowner & Management assumes no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or humans while on the premises. The Guest shall be solely responsible for the pet while on the property. We are happy to refer your pet to wonderful doggy daycare in the area if you would like.

When looking for a place to rent, I have a few more things to consider. Aside from needing a pet friendly place, I also need a place that can accommodate to my 93 year old father whose movement is limited.
This home was not only beautiful inside and out but the layout was perfect for everyone.
I had one issue, texted property management, who responded within minutes and it was taken care or in a timely manner.
I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time during our stay at this property. The beds were comfortable and everything was super clean. I was worried about the fact that dogs are allowed but not to worry. I didn’t see any animal hair. We loved the playroom with toys, high chair and pack n play that were available. The hot tub was awesome. We cooked a ton and the kitchen was fully stocked. Close enough for easy access to the highway and also Walmart. The ping pong table in the garage was super fun. Loved it!

This is a great house! I am very particular when it comes to cleaning and this house was very clean and well cared for. It was stocked very well with everything we needed and more. The backyard was great for our dog as it was fenced and well taken care of. The kids had a great time at the pool and the neighborhood was nice as well. Brandy was very accommodating and helpful as we worked out the details of our reservation. We would love to stay here again!

I can't say enough good things about this property!! It was everything the listing claimed it to be and more! There is a small room under the stair filled with stuff for the kids. Utensils and flatware just for kids. The place itself is absolutely beautiful! The decor and furniture was perfect. It was immaculately cleaned. TV's in every room and in both family rooms. BUT CAN I TELL YOU ABOUT THE BEDS!! SO SO SO COMFORTABLE!! It is in an easy accessible location too. Not super busy but a quick trip to get anywhere. We loved this place. We will be back!

Everything was Great, except for the Parking Issues; Parking for 4 trucks & trailers was almost impossible at this property.
