Breakfast was fresh, with plenty of different selections to suit anyone, overall very good
The room safe was payable per 24 hours daily. We arrived at 10:30 pm so it was payable for that day until midnight then another payment until the next morning, I found that poor.

The staff at the hotel reception and hotel bar are always lovely and accommodating. The size of the room is good and the balcony overlooks the buzzing square where there is always something to look at. The buffet breakfast is very nice with plenty of choice for everyone and the breakfast staff are always on the ball. l feel this hotel has the best location in the old town.
The bathrooms in my opinion need walk in showers as they are safer than getting in and out of a deep bath. Bluesea needs to invest in new towels as these are extremely thin and don't dry you easily. A few more hangers in the wardrobes would be good. We normally only get 3 hangers for two people.

The price is fair. The location is good because is close to everything (bars, restaurants, center, supermarkets, etc). And it's just 12 min walk to the beach.
The beds were extremely hard. You cannot sleep long because every morning the cleaning ladies make a mess and drag the beds in all the rooms they clean. You wake up early hearing furniture being dragged in all rooms above and next to you. I slept really bad for 5 nights.
I had no mirror in my bedroom, my room and bathroom were very old. Another friend stayed in a different floor and had much better room + balcony even though he got the same category.
