The location was excellent, with many attractions, restaurants, and shops nearby. It was easy to get around, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
The bed was not made very neatly, and the room could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Other than that, everything else was fine.

Soft pillows, spacious bathroom. Next door is a big restaurant, pharmacy and bank..
Front desk insisted on 3pm check in. Doesn't matter what. How can a hotel not have a room available even at 1 pm? And they wanted to charge RM50 if I insisted on checking in at 1.30pm..
On return to hotel next day, at 6pm the room was not cleaned at all. The excuse was I didn't tell them.
I have stayed in scores of hotels around the world. This is the first time the front desk insisted that the client must ask the room to be cleaned or no fresh towels, amenities, cleaning etc will be provided.
