Very friendly and helpful staff, always available and happy to assist with organising outdoor activities. The property is beautifully maintained and clean, all rooms offer stunning views of the surrounding. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choice and excellent coffee. The spa and pool were a wonderful addition, making it easy to completely relax and enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings.

Tolle Lage und Aussicht am Beginn der Proseccostrasse. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Alles top!

La posizione e' idilliaca, di fronte ad una collina con vigneti e campanile, molto tranquilla. Abbiamo preferito dormire con le finestre aperte e anche se non ci sono zanzariere alle finestre, non abbiamo avuto problemi .La struttura e' recente e curata, offre comfort e privacy. Il personale all' accoglienza e in sala colazioni, ci ha accolto in maniera impeccabile e ci ha fornito molte informazioni sui dintorni e sui ristoranti vicini ( non c' e' ristorazione in loco). Da non confondere il Relais con l' agriturismo in fonda alla via. La colazione rispecchia quello che io e mio marito riteniamo al giorno d oggi una condizione che vincola la scelta finale, ovvero prodotti del territorio , a filiera controllata e a distanza ridotta. La camera e' accessibile tramite ascensore , pulitissima e insonorizzata a dovere. Letto comodissimo e biancheria di qualita'. Ci sono molti ristoranti nelle vicinanza. La piscina e' stata uno dei motivi per i quali abbiamo scelto questa struttura. L' area benessere d' estate e' chiusa , ma ho intravisto i locali e denota qualità'. Tornerei.
Come ho fatto presente, sarebbe ottimo poter usufruire della piscina la mattina presto per una nuotata prima di colazione. Chiudendola alle 19, sarebbe top organizzare le pulizie di sera.

Tolle Lage, schönes Ambiente, alles neu renoviert, der Pool mit Ausblick.
Teile vom Personal: keinerlei Flexibilität und wenig Kundenorientierung. Keinerlei Motivation, die Extrameile für den Kunden zu gehen, was ich bei diesem Preis einfach erwarte. Situation 1: Können wir eine zweite Zimmerkarte haben? Nein. Warum? Die Regeln sagen es. Situation 2: Können wir 10 Minuten vor den Öffnungszeiten schon in den Pool? Nein. Warum? Weil er gerade geputzt wird. Aber er wird gerade nicht geputzt. Egal, Regeln sind Regeln. Manche Mitarbeiter sind bemüht, aber das gleicht es nicht aus.
