The check-in process was seamless and highly convenient due to the web check-in feature, and the staff members were exceptionally proactive and helpful. Additionally, the in-house dining was fresh and of excellent quality, and the location offered convenient access to public transport.
The room experience was a bit disappointing as it lacked sufficient space for luggage, lacked a functional work desk, and did not quite match the online photos. Furthermore, I experienced unstable Wi-Fi connections, weak noise insulation, and noticed a few minor cleanliness spots on the walls and under the bed.
