The view was better than i had expected!! It’s great in person, by far my favorite part. Place was clean and location was walking distance to food and shopping. Great area for walking, check in was easy. Parking garage is a bit tight just a heads up

The rental is clean, updated and everything worked, no little issues here and there, it was all as advertised. Check-in was smooth, having the parking was a real benefit and the location is hard to beat right in the heart of Coconut Grove. Communication with property manager was excellent as well. We will be back.

We loved our stay at this Coconut Grove property. Comfortable, spacious and well stocked unit. Well appointed and tasteful decor with a very well stocked kitchen. If you love coffee and tea, this is the property for you! Features 2 coffee makers (1 espresso, 1 regular) and a hot water spout for a quick cup of tea. Beautiful miele appliances and a super convenient washer/dryer tastefully hidden in the kitchen. The sofa is super large and extra comfortable, plus a king sized comfortable bed. High end bathroom fixtures with a large walk-in shower. Best part? The view. Loved waking up to sparkling sea and lovely boats from the wide sliding doors on both the balcony and bedroom. Very private & quiet unit. Facilities of the building are still a work in progress as the building continues to be remodeled. There are no restaurants on site but the pool is comfortable and very well maintained. The gym has all the basic and in good condition Lifetime equipment. Enjoyed using it every morning. Parking is of convenient access with 6 floors. All in all, although the building itseld is not super luxury, the unit we rented is all luxury. Convenient location (2 blocks from Cocowalk) to all main roads in Coconut Grove and the Marina. Thouroughly enjoyed it and would rent again in a heartbeat! Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and comfortable with a great view of the bay. Great location, with quick walks to restaurants and market. Awesome communication with Lorelei - we unexpectedly had to extend and she responded very quickly and took care of everything.
