Large tufted King bed in Master bedroom with a 40" smart TV plus large walk-in closet filled with metal shelves and hanging areas. Rear Guest bedroom has two single beds a large closet with plenty of hanging areas. Front Guest bedroom has one Full and one Twin beds.Large closet with shelves and plenty of hanging areas. Covered large Patio with outdoor furniture plus two front loaders clothes washing and dryer machines. Large fenced patio with a mango and avocado trees plus an incredible " old Miami" type hammock tree canopy which borders the property with large oaks , gum and other old trees which provide tranquility and a great nature outdoors background. Off- street Private parking for two cars on home's driveway. Centrally located within 5 minutes to Beaches of Key Biscayne , downtown Miami ,Coconut Grove, Coral Gables , and South Beach. Walk to multiple restaurants and shops , bars and lively night live. Very quite and safe area known as The Roads/Shenandoah.Walk or bicycle around historical neighborhoods and Vizcaya Palace and gardens. The space This townhouse has a large open Living Room with a oversized Ikea sectional plus a 60" smart TV Kitchen with large center Isle that serves as dining table / work table , gathering area. Adjacent to it is a Family Room with two leather sofas and a large 58" smart TV. This was such an excellent home for our two-week stay. It was very similar to the listing and had all the necessary amenities. It is extremely close to Dixie Highway which makes it super connected to all of Miami! The parking in the driveway was great but it is on a busy street so don't plan to street park in addition to the driveway. Overall it was a great stay that I would highly recommend!

Clean and fresh kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable bedding made for good rest between our Miami adventures. Really nice to have the breakfast bar and dining table options, in addition to multiple ways to make and enjoy morning coffee.

Great location and has mostly everything you need. Beautiful backyard area with beautiful rooms and lots of space for many guests. We do wish there were more materials like dish soap. But nonetheless, it was a great stay. The TV was also hard to use in the living room. It would be nice to have instructions.

We arrived but had a challenging time getting the key code through the app. Ended going out to eat while that got sorted. The house was great. Good kitchen with all the cooking utensils. Wish the house came with dishwashing soap. Took a while to get the code for the wifi and could never get the living room TV to work. the beds were not comfortable but we were so tired each day that we made do. All things considered, I think it was bit pricey but just good enough.

The house was more spacious than expected. It was clean and was a short drive to the University of Miami, Coconut Grove, and The Vizcaya Museum. The Wynwood neighborhood and South Beach were also not too far- about a 20 minute drive.

Was in Miami for the Formula 1 race and had stayed in South Beach in the past but having a rental car is a challenge. This location was a lot better than I imagined. large rooms recently renovated , with new appliances and new bathrooms. The property owner/manager was responsive. i'd stay again

Me and five old friends rented this house to attend a sporting event. It was perfect for our needs. Very clean, the owner was friendly and responsive, it had all the things a person could need, silverware, plates, towels, appliances. The area around the house was decent, lots of restaurants closeby. Well worth the money.

Property manager is very responsive, and the property has all the basics you need if you’re planning a trip to Miami. Not too far from downtown and it has a few restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. You can walk 15 minutes to the train station if you’re trying to get downtown for cheap as well. Floor could have used a more thorough cleaning/mopping but overall the place was clean upon arrival.

Property was clean. Check in process went without a problem. When I contacted manager of the property, he responded promptly. Location is perfect. This street is quiet, some peacocks ran around in the morning. We had no issues.

The rental was exactly as it was listed on VRBO. Communication and check in were very easy. There was plenty of room for our family of five and we were able to drive to all the local spots with 15 minutes. We enjoyed walking through the Coconut Grove neighborhood each morning to get coffee.

The house was really great, it is has a lot of space, the kitchen is spacious and well equipped, the bathrooms are very comfortable and with new finishes that give you a feeling of cleanliness and order, we were very comfortable in these aspects. However, there are several details that we did not like: 1. The towels and sheets, despite smelling clean and recently washed, had hair from previous guests. 2. The oven was totally dirty on the inside. 3. The entire house was generally clean, but both the kitchen countertop and the floor were very dusty. 4. The furniture in the entrance does not correspond to the one in the photo, currently there is only one L-shaped sofa which looked messy, the cushions were poorly placed and had stains. 5. Lastly, we decided to make a grill one day as a family and to our surprise, when we were about to place the meat we realized that in the inside it was dirty leaves and animal droppings due to lack of cleanliness and also the cooking grids are completely rusted.

Property is in a very convenient location. We were in Miami to attend The U Miami football game. The house was perfect for us and our two adult sons and their wives. Nice little outdoor area, as well. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay with our grandkids while their mom was at a weekend conference. Very comfortable, clean & beautiful home, close to everything! Jose was available throughout our stay and answered all my questions. We would definitely rent again, and considered calling Jose back a week later to escape Hurricane Ian, but we have a cat and no pets allowed! (We survived in Ft. Myers!) This area of Miami is very safe & the condo is secure, which was our first priority. The kids, 9 & 16, loved the Dinosaur Museum and shopping! It rained, so we missed the beach. Otherwise, it was the perfect place for our family weekend getaway!

We enjoyed our stay a lot! The only thing I would mention is the AC unit leaked a little which was a concern because it was behind a closet door and the door was padlocked. However, I did advise Jose immediately and he responded quickly advising that he was aware of it and there was nothing to be concerned about. The space was beautiful especially the outdoor area and the couch was VERY comfortable! The neighborhood was very quiet and we never had an issue with neighbors or noise complaints. This was also a great location and we didn’t have to drive far for the things we needed. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Jose’s place had everything we needed for our bachelorette trip to Miami. He was communicative, incredibly accommodating, and friendly. He even let us check out late. Also, to our surprise, the place had one more twin bed than was listed, so it fit our whole group comfortably. The place was clean and well-equipped and the location made getting to little Havana, brickell, etc very easy. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
