The location is excellent, the host is super attentive and made us feel very comfortable. The host even hosted us at their restaurant which was another highlight of our stay .
The stair to go the bedroom were a little hard specially after a long day hiking .

clean, full kitchen, and comfortable bed.
The customer service, the location (20 min walk from the bus station), and the wifi is almost non existent. When we arrived at 12:30pm (90 mins before our checkin time) I asked the manager if we could leave our backpacks in the apartment while we wait for them to finish cleaning. He said no and that we could pay for locker storage in town. I felt this was unreasonable given that it was only 90 mins away from check in and there were areas in the house that the bags could be placed that would not effect his cleaning including a storage closet outside. Finally after asking a fifth time he said we can leave our bags on the couch. Overall not the best start to the trip and the service was disappointing.
