Very clean and comfortable.
Blindsided by a $250 deposit fee when checking in hotel since I have a Beaumont address. I wanted to be comfortable and out of the heat in my home since my AC went out. Ended up spending $407 in one night.

Mgr Paula was amazing!! And front desk clerk .not often you see mgrs with patients. Paula help me rebook my room which it was a lil

The handicaped room #101 was great.
The rain shower head was restricted so much that it barely sprayed any water. I stayed in the same room 11 days before this visit and wrote up the same problem. How long does it take you to respond to a legitament problem or do you not care about problems and just want a pat on the back. FIX THE SHOWER. THE ROOM IS NOT CHEEP AND PEOPLE STAYING THERE DISERVE BETTER.THIS IS A HANDYCAP ROOM WITH A ROLL IN SHOWER. HOW ARE THOSE PEOPLE SUPPOSED TO DEAL WITH YOUR LACK OF MAINTENANCE.

Access to the highway
The second room had a string mildew smell. The first room had a heavy cigar smell. The receptionist quickly changed my room due to the smoke smells. I think they need to pull up the carpets. Over all clean room. I can’t take the mildew smell!
