Booking.com didn't point out the exact location.I was to stay in Makkah Saudi Arabia but you recommended somewhere along the road to Riyadh. I was fortunate to meet a kind staff at luluat el sharq in Makkah (NAUF) who assisted me and my family to lodge there. I am disappointed with booking.com
Booking.com should review the hotels on their platform and give precise location for your customers. I had a nasty experience with Modern family apartment at Madina Saudi Arabia too. No staff was on ground.I don't think they operate as stated. Very disappointing.
