Spend your holiday in a small, family-run holiday complex on a stunning lakeside property directly on the shores of Groß Labenzer See, one of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern's cleanest and most fish-rich lakes. From the terrace of your cozy holiday apartment, enjoy unobstructed panoramic views across the lake, spend hours on and by the water, or explore the seemingly endless forests of the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park. The two semi-detached houses have been extensively renovated and modernized. Here, guests are welcomed by a warm and contemporary atmosphere. The owners have poured their hearts into this project and incorporated their own high standards. A particular highlight is the private bathing lawn and jetty. On cooler days, enjoy the cozy warmth of the wood-burning stove. Even the terrace boasts a patio heater. Anglers can use the private fish cleaning area. A fire pit is also available for guests, along with a herb garden to complement the preparation of a delicious meal. Those arriving by car can park directly on the property. The fenced grounds are equipped with a remote-controlled gate system. Thanks to Hyla's air and room purification system, this accommodation is allergy-friendly.

Excellent fishing lakes and ponds are located in the immediate vicinity. The Sternberger Seenland Nature Park, the Warnow River, Lake Groß Labenzer, and the many forests and meadows are ideal starting points for hiking, cycling, and various water sports. Due to its central location in the heart of Mecklenburg, the Baltic Sea, as well as Schwerin and Wismar, can be reached in 20 minutes. Rostock is less than 45 minutes away, and even day trips to Lübeck, Hamburg, or Berlin are possible.

Es war sehr schön dort von der Terrasse aus hat man eine schöne Blick auf dem See. Toll zum Schwimmen zum angeln und mit dem Boot auch eine tolle Erfahrung gemacht für jedes Kind ist was dabei Trampolin, schaukel, sandkasten usw wir werden auf jede fall wieder kommen. Die Einrichtung ist halt alt aber das weiß mann ja vorher sonst ist alles da was mann braucht Bettwäsche und Handtücher top. Und ganz nette Vermieter.

Kein Luxus aber anhand der Bilder und Beschreibung weiß man was einen erwartet. Die Lage direkt am See und die überschaubare Größe des Objekts garantieren einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Super Lage am See. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Hoher Freizeitwert für Aktivitäten, wie paddeln, baden, radeln etc. Gerne mal wieder.
