The place is fine. However the common kitchen is rather an improvisation outside. But things are running smoothly
The unpaved road in front on the house. Plus the beach is quite far away. In general sulina as a place is a mess when it comes to travelling to the beach, especially with kids. One has to take a cab which is 10 lei every time. Taxi drivers can be rude and do not pick up the phone. Locals in sulina should pressure their administration to actually do something for tourism there

We were with noisy kids and nobody was disturbed apparently. The owner is very discreet, not sure I even saw him/her around. Clean and the house is quite big..
A bit messy on the rules of the house. The kitchen is rather improvised: two gas stoves in an outside kitchen and a sink outside 15 meters away. May be a bit uncomfortable at times. The street where the house does not have a paved street. The house is 3 km from the beach and Sulina is a mess in terms of public transportation

spacious and clean rooms
you get your key and your are in your own
good also for family with kids
nice barbecue facilities
staff are hard to find (they do answer the phone thow)
