Our room is situated on the 3rd floor. no lift.

Location, free wifi, parking also available
Weak batteries for remote controls. Water pressure of the shower was fine but can't produce warm water. So need to repair immediately. And smell of cigarette also was unpleasant.

Location in centre of Pekan Kulim
Room not sound proof. You can hear people talking and snoring from another room.
Uneven stairs.
Not aware of no window room.
Deposit paid was not recorded initially. Request receipt for deposit - also not possible. But i managed to collect my deposit the other day because of the same person duty during check out time.
