We stayed in the mythic suite and it was incredible. The bed was so comfortable, the shower gorgeous and even small touches like a steamer for your clothes and decent coffee machine were great.
The outdoor area of our pool was unbelievable. We have great views of the sunset behind a blue dome and honestly didn’t even want to leave our room.
Breakfast was delicious, it kept us full for hours. Food in trinity restaurant was good. We had treatments in the spa which were excellent. Service overall was 10/10. I wish we could go back and do it all again

Only the view.
Some of the recipients are aggressive. But waiters and people who help us to carry bags are so nice.
If you want to make bookings through the hotel concierge, they will get you high prices. For example, the boat tours its almost the double price from the hotel and quality is low.
Food tastes old and not fresh.
The housekeeping is not very clean they leave some of the cups dirty and they don’t change them plus the sheets and towels are old and have holes.
There is light come inside the room even when windows are closed.
You even hear everything outside also the sound of the water of the hottub.
