Ralo do chuveiro entupiu e alagou parte do quarto. Cheiro de esgoto forte dentro do quarto, que, a princípio, foi resolvido, mas o problema ocorreu novamente. Água do chuveiro, pela manhã, não esquentava.

Staff and location
they don't clean every day the least expected is to have extra towels, a disinfectant spray and extra trash bag. The black out window is not enough to block the light. The bathroom and the kitchen are missing hand towel holder.
They don't have anybody to help carry the luggages to the room.
