About this house rental
Feel at home with all the desired amenities required for a perfect vacation on a Caribbean island - Isla Mujeres. This is a stand alone two-story home located in "Punta Sur" - the southernmost point of the island, steps away from Garrafón Park and the breathtaking Ixchel Goddess spot which named the island.
The house has its own private pool and yard, four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, living room and dining room adjoining a fully-equipped modern kitchen. Each bedroom has its own private balcony, full bathroom and king-size bed (one has 2 twin beds).
The house´s highlight is no doubt it´s large rooftop terrace which boasts spectacular views of the Caribbean. This terrace was designed as an enchanting spot for adults to relax and enjoy their vacation. It has a full bar installation, high chairs and swings, BBQ, lounge chairs, hammocks and again, the best views in town!
Casa Sienna Lia caters to both familes seeking quality time together or groups of friends wanting to getaway from everyday life. The entire house has been childproofed with socket protectors and gated staircases. Upon request, we can provide guests with a stroller, baby crib (pack n play), baby walker, high chair, high tub and other amenities, if requested prior to arrival.
The pool and yard area is the perfect spot for family reunions. It has enough lounge chairs and hammocks for each guest, pool inflatables and toys.
The house provides all necessary linen, both bath and beach towels, some beach and pool toys, and everything you need for a perfect vacation on Isla Mujeres. There is also a private small safe in each bedroom to safeguard your valuables, and although Isla Mujeres is very safe, the entire house is surrounded by an electric fence.
We can provide baby furniture and utensils upon request and prior tu arrival - high chair, crib, monitor, tall bath, dishes, etc... Subject to availability.

Casa Sienna Lia was great for our two families. The house was well stocked with all necessities. I’ve stayed at several rentals in the US and most are bare bones as far as what they supply you with. This place was the complete opposite of that. Everything was very clean, loved the location away from the hustle and bustle of Playa Norte, and great views from the rooftop! We also felt very safe! Jacklyn accommodated us with an early check-in because of our travel schedule, and although there was an issue upon arrival, it was QUICKLY resolved and we were able to move on with our vacation. Do not hesitate to stay here; we all had a great time!

We had a wonderful stay at casa sienna lia. The property was clean and beautiful. The view from the rooftop is absolutely stunning. The owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again

Very beautiful home with all the amenities you could need. Rooftop had the most amazing views. We definitely didn’t want to leave. Didn’t have any issues with anything. Sent the owner a message and she quickly responded. Thank you again for allowing us to spend a family vacation at your beautiful home.

House perfectly equipped. Lots of space and big bathrooms for all. Felt very safe and secluded, minimal road noise. Gorgeous 360 views from roof deck. Friendly neighbors. Kids loved pool and all the pool toys. Plenty of towels provided and laundry machines were a bonus. Great location off the beaten path but golf cart could still navigate easily. Property manager very accessible and responsvie. Kids (ages 9,11,13,15) loved it and want to come back. I agree!!!!
