The property location was great for us. Beach and restaurants all walking distance. I didn’t like the parking situatio

location was perfect for us.

I feel like there should be a main lobby. when the first thing you see is a dark, overcrowded parking garage it kind of takes away from the experience. finding a parking spot was impossible The elevator was very slow and hot. It actually stopped working one day. The ice maker and water dispenser in my refrigerator was not working properly. When I contacted the property manager they sent me ice trays right away, which was nice. really the property should have an ice maker for every floor.

best vacay ever!

the property was awesome!!! we have a toddler and the pool area was perfect for him. the beach was a two block walk and it was the best! the property had everything we needed

So fabulous, I cannot wait to return!!

The property is beautiful! the view is perfect, the beds were amazingly comfortable, all of the comforts were included. We loved having a washer and dryer and full kitchen. we appreciated the items that were stocked, like coffee, stevia, laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, soap, TP, paper towels, and my favorite, the cart for the beach with chairs and beach toys! loved it all!

I can’t think of anything we didn’t like! A note to the owner though, would be the microwave handle is broken (you likely were aware already as it’s patched up) but we were worried it would break off completely. Also one plastic chair on the balcony is cracked and the 2 red fabric chairs are tearing apart at the seams. A couple of the beach chairs were pretty beat up. Replacing those items might be in the near future! besides those small things, everything else was amazing!!

We had a really good time, loved it all!

Great location, easy to get to the beach, waterpark and restaurants.

Just wish one could have accessed the pool without paying for the waterpark.

Location, location, location!

Location was perfect and close to everything you could possibly need. So much so that we hardly used the rental car! Waterpark staff and restaurant staff were extremely pleasant and helpful with all of our needs. The rooftop was also perfect for sunsets on the gulf. I highly recommend this resort and we plan on returning!

Pleasant

The location was good.

When I arrived the Condo was not cleaned at all!I only found 1 key in the lock box.I had to call 5 Star Vacations as soon as I checked in to clean the Condo and as my stay was for 4 nights and feeling that I lost four hours of my time makes this beginning of vacation very bad.The rest of the stay was good.

nice apartment unit in Aquapark resort

Beach Equipment available, Beach Access as well as restaurants close by, aqua park usage for two guests is included, all needed items were in the appartment, nice place that we can highly recommend for a family or group up to six people

elevators were broken and our apartment was in the sixth floor which made it difficult for luggage and groceries. the check in procedure was a bit difficult but this was due to the fact that we booked only one day ahead and didn’t receive all needed information immediately, this would probably not be a problem usually.

Great overall

The water park really brought a smile to my son’s face. the property overall was beautiful and clean

One of the elevators was out of service for our entire 4 day stay which made getting around a bit difficult. considering we stayed on the 6th floor this was NOT good
