Unhygienic. For the price I wasn’t expecting anything special but I did expect the room to be clean. That was not at all the case. Pillows on the bed had blood and make up stains. Towels had brown stains. The room we got also didn’t look anything like in the photos. We were just passing through Langkawi for one night otherwise we would have changed hotels immediately due to the hygiene issues.

Not the greatest nights sleep

Clean, no nonsense lovely staff. Close to the night market and a short drive to the ferry terminal so perfect for early ferry departures

At about 1 am a really loud buzzing noise started in the room. We were in 308, not sure if it was because we were next to the lift shaft, after an hour we complained. We were questioned a lot why we hadn’t reported it on check in and they couldn’t move us because they were full. They did fix it within the hour when we reported it but the guy did say this was a fault he had only repaired a couple of weeks before. A bad night sleep for us.

Improve on cleanliness & maintenance.

The location was ok. Convenient shops below and opposite.

This hotel does not look like what it is in pictures. It's very run down & dirty. Hair everywhere, aircon was not cold. Room 303 has a window that can't be shut, and that makes the aircon escape bt the aircon is not enough for the whole room. Only 1 key card is given. Really dont recommend. For the price as well, it is not worth it. The bed springs were broken, and the bed was hard and sloppy. It was just a disaster of a place.

Comfy stay in Langkawi.

Cozy & comfy Nice little place. Near the new Maha tower. Close to the night market. Walking distance to pier. Coffee shop & Convenience store in same complex. Very friendly staff.

A pool would have been ok.

This hotel is too overpriced!!!!! Much money for such low quality! Everything is old. Room is not cozy. Room looks like hospital room. Only 1 towel for 1 person, all towels were very dirty! I don't recommend this Hotel!

Exceptional

We were impressed with the hotel. It is right on the main road and super easy to find. From here it is an easy walk to many good restaurants, a laundromat, and the water park if you have kids. The main ferry pier is a 20-30 minute walk, but a Grab is really cheap option. The facility is relatively new with clean, modern rooms, very relaxing. The staff is helpful and efficient. Overall stellar value for the price, and a great place to base yourself for touring the island of Langkawi.

Great Place to Stay for Holiday

The room is clean and spacious. Location is strategic as easy access to nearby 24hr convenience shop and Old Town cafe just by 1 minute walking distance. A night market (opposite to the hotel) is available on every Sat night. Bed is ok and location is far away from noisy city. Overall we are satisfied with our stay in this hotel.

The room access card is very light and thin. Easy to get lost if not keep properly. I have to pay RM 50 to get a replacement for my lost card ☹️.

View (construction, field and far away the sea), cleanliness is questionable (for instance, there were lots of dark brown splashed stains on door right in front of toilet), location.. We've left couple hours after check-in, found a better hotel.

comfortable pillows and bed. Cleanliness is superb, thanks to the staff in-charge. No complaint with daily breakfast provided by the property with variety choices of nasi lemak, roti canai, semi half and hard boiled eggs, toast, tea and coffee😊

Feelings sad that the property has not well maintained, noisy exhaust fan makes us headaches. Management needs to look into it and plan on getting the property maintained as posted. Hope to see the upgrading soon. As i can see there’s a good support from local and foreign tourists. Appreciate your front desk staff for taking care of our needs during our stay, we have no choice to request room changes due to poor air-cond and noisy exhaust fan. We gotten the comfortable room in half an hour 😊

Nice location if you choose to stay in Kuah. Very near to a lot of shops. Room was clean, staff were great and attentive, breakfasts were simple but filling.

Aircond. It took quite a while to cool the room and the sound from the compressor was noticeably loud.
