The value for money was great.
Having water coolers and no coffee in the room is totally fine. But if the ONLY tea and coffee is accessed from reception and not the room then that HAS to be available 24/7. Wanting to have a coffee at 4am and being told it was not available until 6am was pretty pathetic.
Be sustainable for sure but not allowing your guests to drink coffee / tea for 1/4 of each day is wrong.

Hotel staff, friendly and helpful.
Room - ok.
Location - very close to Maha Tower, worth a visit.

The rooms could be cleaner but the passage ways, the lifts and so really need cleaning. The iron needs to be a steam iron. Very hard to iron clothes that are creased without steam.
