Localização, conforto, limpeza. O funcionário Anderson foi muito simpático e atencioso conosco.

No dia tinha um evento de moto clube, o hotel estava lotado e não tinha lugar para sentar no café da manhã, muitos hóspedes em pé, poucas opções, a reposição do que acabou foi demorada, faltou agilidade. Tinham que ter planejado algo já que estava lotado. Faltou o principal que era o pão de queijo, ovos.

As funcionárias são umas queridas. Muito educadas, atenciosas, cuidadosas! Nota mil para elas. Fui atendida pela Gabriela que me ajudou muito. Merecem um aumento! Cada uma delas. Café da manhãs maravilhoso!

O checkin atrasou porque ainda não tinham quartos disponíveis, o que atrasou toda nossa programação e prejudicou nosso passeio. Achei a administração desorganizada e sobrecarregada para os funcionários. Dava para ver que elas estavam fazendo o melhor com muito carinho, mas tinham poucos funcionários para a quantidade de serviço. Não me senti segura no início, quase cancelei minha reserva. Só não cancelei porque as funcionárias foram ótimas comigo.
