Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The home is spacious with three floors to spread out. Charming decor and good sized kitchen. Loved everything, but heating. Basement was a bit cold and we could have used extra blankets. Overall, a great place to stay.

Great home, lots of space, super charming and nice neighborhood! Very basic kitchen items provided, so bring your own plastic wrap, tin foil or containers to store items. Since this is an older home power outlets are limited and older so bring 2 prong extension cords.

Family gathering for a local wedding. The house was chosen for the proximity to the venue and family. It was very comfortable for 7 adults and the layout allows for some privacy. We would definitely book again.

This property suited our needs well from a space standpoint. We had 3 teenagers and one adult, and this location offered 3 comfortable bedrooms, along with two living spaces, kitchen, dining, and outdoor deck.
The house has some kind of cooling system but beware that it does not extend to the upstairs - that room gets super hot in warm weather and takes hours to cool off at night.
We were greeted by signs asking us to remove our footwear, and gladly complied, but quickly found our feet quite dirty. The floors were not cleaned at all in the upstairs, and were dirty as well in parts of the main floor. Among random dirt and debris, I had a fingernail clipping adhere to my foot, which has never been on my wish list of things to experience. The bedding also did not smell fresh and it didn't make sense to launder it and remake the bed due to the thick layer of mildew that was on the gasket around the door of the washing machine. Nothing would come out of there smelling fresh! The property manager offered to send a cleaning crew out, but that would have been just another disruption to an already disappointing experience. This is my second Vacasa stay in Washington, and both locations were less than sparkling, which is making me wonder if Vacasa is simply not the way to go.

We absolutely loved this house and was in a perfect, quiet location for our stay over graduation weekend at UPS. We had a larger family, all of which fit nicely in the four bedrooms. It is lovely inside and out, well appointed, with a great sitting area in the back for rest and conversation. Highly recommended.

Bottom line: If you don't mind not having enough towels/linens, and you don't care if there is no service if something (like the coffeemaker) doesn't work properly, and that the upholstery and rugs need a good cleaning (bathroom rug filthy) then you will do fine with this rental. Fortunately we had family nearby who could help us out with what we needed.

Great House Layout... Lives easily on three floors for 8 people. All rooms were dirty, floors, beds, kitchen floors... Two beds had dirty linens, had to wash before use. Found dirty stinky sheets stuffed in dresser drawer. Not Enough Blankets or sheets to make Hide-a Bed in Basement. Great Back Patio for outdoor entertaining. House had no Renters Book on how to use Fire Place, how to turn on Outdoor Lights, would have been nice to have a property manager to call, Tried leaving Text messages to main number. No one ever responded with help! Plenty of parking on street out front, close to food, shopping and many restaurants within 10 minutes Ruston Landing!

There were giant flies which seemed to keep coming from the lower floor. The outdoor garbage can was filled with recycling in bags from the previous occupant. No instructions about day to set out garbage cans. Towels were non absorbent and the pillows are like rocks. More care in needed with upkeep.

Pros, Very cute and nicely decorated home. Convenient location, comfortable mattresses, great outside seating and very clean. Kitchen has many cooking supplies, coffee pot, hot water kettle, pots pans etc. Lots of different eating spaces.
Cons, bed frames inexpensive and squeaky when we moved. Only four bath towels and two dish towels found in whole house. I would request more for next time. Upstairs bedroom not useable in hot weather even with fans.

The house was perfect and the beds were very comfortable (something that makes a longer stay great). The accommodations and kitchen were well appointed and had everything we needed to cook with and enjoy our stay. Also close to great shops and restaurants. Definitely would stay here again.

Nice Home In Proctor
The home was very nice. I did have an issue with the fireplace not working. The picture of the property showed a working fireplace as did reviews. However, when I arrived, I was told the fireplace (gas) was not working which was disappointing. We also had issues with not enough blankets but Vacasa did provide within the day. The property is close to shops and restaurants so very convenient.

Close to grocery stores, interesting shops and restaurants. Easy to get on and off the freeway. Close, and easy to get to, museums and points of interest. Lovely home in a great location.

Stayed here for a week over Christmas. The dryer was not working upon arrival. Immediately contacted Vacasa and was told someone would come by. No one showed. I followed up every day and got the same corporate response. Days later the local property manager showed up to install outside facet covers. She said she never was contacted about the dryer and would come by the next day. The next day came no one came to fix the dryer and no one contacted us. Finally, on the last night, a maintenance guy showed up at 7 pm in the middle of dinner. It had been an entire week to get someone out. We were leaving the next morning so told him to come back then.
The lack of communication with us regarding repairs and issues was the worst we had experienced with any management company.
The home didn't have enough glasses which we ended up buying some and left them for other guests. Also, the downstairs recline wasn't functioning properly and the home had no cleaning supplies, a broken broom, dirty socks left and trash under the couch.
The home is beautiful and set up nicely with the 3 levels. The basement was great and the home felt pretty clean. My only major complaint was with the management and lack of communication. You can always reach a Vacasa customer service rep, but they have no idea what's going on and just give the corporate response. Once I got the local manager's number she wasn't very responsive either and she didn't follow thru with her word. I understand things happen but she never kept us informed.
It was a weird overall experience with the way this home was managed. We will never stay at a Vacasa managed home again.

Great guest home
I live in Tacoma North End and rented this wonderful house for multi family visit. It was comfortable and lovely decorated. My older family members were very comfortable. I'll rent again next time needed. And will recommend to other local friends hosting family.

We loved the location which was very convenient to the wedding venue at West of the Waterway and coffee and lunches at the Spar. It is definitely an updated older home - spacious but know there is not a bathroom in the attic suite. Rained too much to enjoy back deck but we were too busy with wedding anyway. Overall, if some issues were fixed, one of which is a very easy fix, I would definitely stay here again because of the amount of space and the safe location.
