Very complete and well equipped space, the proprietor provides personalized and delicious breakfasts, a bottle of home made fruit medley drink on my last day, and an excellent location almost exactly between the lake and the Old Town. Five minute walk in either direction. And the WiFi worked very well.
Only one note. The lamp on the side of the bed nearest the door is a repurposed vintage telephone--which I loved. But the light it puts out is nowhere near strong enough to read by. Almost certainly very few people would be bothered by that, on the other hand.

Posizione perfetta per visitare Bolsena ed il lago. L'host e' stata gentilissima, la colazione che ci ha preparato fantastica e ci ha fatto trovare anche dell'acqua in frigo oltre alla possibilità di poterci fare caffè e the. La camera, anche se non grandissima era molto curata ed accogliente, climatizzata e arredata con gusto.
