The location was great, it felt very clean, and it was super easy to check in and check out.
The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay, and we got a new set of towels about halfway through our stay.
It was close to the beach, the old town, and the bus station.
We only got one set of keys, but it would have been very practical to have another set so we wouldn't have had to coordinate as much.
However, we never asked for an extra set, so it might have been possible to get one. This is only a minor detail and wasn't a big problem at all.

The position of the apartment was ideal. The size was great, balcony good too.
More shade needed in the pool area.

Our 2 bedroom apartment had lovely ocean view as shown on booking photos.
Great location near beach and old town and good restaurants nearby.
Good air-conditioning in all rooms.
Fast WiFi.
Quick response from agent.
Small kitchen but was sufficient for our needs.
Some vehicle noise at night from adjacent road.
Use of safe was €35 extra charge per week.
