The apartment is in an excellent location. Check in was super easy and the host even let us know that the apartment was ready earlier than our check in time. The apartment is comfy and well equipped.
Only a very minor point, some larger glasses would have been handy and 4 wine glasses of the same size.

Location is amazing, apartment itself is modern and nicely furnished, and despite being right in the middle of the city there's very little street noise.
We'd requested the bed in one of the rooms to be set up as a twin which was acknowledged and then not done. We were able to phone and get it corrected the same evening while we were out, but it didn't give the best first impression.

The location was wonderful, fantastic, magical! So handy for all the locations we were interested in. Great that there was a lift.
Unfortunate that the second shower was in the bath. A slip mat needed to be provided.

The location of the property was very central, we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go.
We did enjoy our week in the property with the exceptions below, which took the shine off our stay and gave it a lower score than it should have got.
The locks on one of the bedroom windows were broken making it feel unsafe especially as we observed a number of youths trying to access the communal door when we went out to eat in the first night. We waited until they had left before exiting.
The shower in the ensuite bedroom was broken.
It took a number of emails to get things fixed - Andrew did a sterling job by the way - but it shouldn't have been necessary.
The back of the wardrobes in both bedrooms were broken where items had been shoved in the bottom.
The apartment was very hot, although the two fans provided helped, it was difficult to sleep.
Silly things like the tea towel mentioned, wasn't provided.
No chain lock on the front door, which rattled when the access door was used.
