It was in walking distance of all the wonderful sites as well as right next door almost to the largest open bathhouse. The hot springs water to drink and bathe were amazing and the staff was so very accommodating. Plus, Eden restaurant for both brunch and dinner was fantastic. Definitely worth staying there. Had so much fun as my first time in Hot Springs.
There wasn't anything that comes to mind.

We loved Hotel Hale! All of the staff was very friendly and professional, and went out of their way to provide us with everything that we needed. I would definitely recommend a stay at Hotel Hale.
I loved that it had the old time wooden floors that occasionally reeked when down the hallways on the second floor. Reminded me of my grandmother’s old house. It was a very comfortable bed and I could have just stayed in the bed and relaxed the entire time, but there is so much to see in Hot Springs!

The location is very good. The staff was as helpful as possible. Breakfast was excellent. The cleaning staff was thorough.
The bed was hard, the ac went out our final evening. The place is a bit shopworn.
