El hotel y la habitación muy bonitas. La atención del personal, excelente. Solo que puedo indicar que hubo publicidad engañosa ya que antes de reservar, pregunte que si la alberca estaba climatizada ya que viajaba con mi bebé y que la alberca con agua tibia existiera, era primordial para mi estancia, me dijeron que si estaba climatizada y los dos dias que me hospede, el agua de la alberca estuvo fria.

Hermosas instalaciones, el personal muy atento. Nos apoyaron y fueron empaticos con el tema de nuestro bebé .
Todo bien, nos hubiera gustado el clima no estuviera lluvioso para disfrutar del área de alberca.

1. The attitude of the "security" personnel. He acted like a sheriff of the old west whit a stranger in town. Mean, arrogant, and full of himself with not even one pint of courtesy. He pretended to interrogate me and give me instructions like he owned the town.
2. They promised to send an invoice to justify my expenses with my company. So far, I have not received it despite their promise that they will send it.
3. The front desk personnel were genuinely nice but poorly trained to attend to the needs of their clients.
